  Yes. Our products are clearly marked and there are no hidden fees.

• How do l place an order?

  Our website Mycrystalgift.com is at your service. Upload your favorite clear high-resolution photo, choose the appropriate size. If there is text to be added, we can add it for free, crafted with premium K9 crystal and state-of-the-art subsurface laser engraving technology. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@minitrophies.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

     There is no minimum order quantity, any quantity is acceptable. If you need a company to purchase in bulk, please contact our manager sales@minitrophies.com, we will give you a satisfactory answer.

• How long is the delivery time?

  If the goods are in stock, we will ship within 1-2 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time is 7-15 days. Expedited service is available.

• Can l order the same product as last time but change the date?                       

  Yes. We keep detailed records of all orders in the past 2 years.  Please note: We only keep 2 years of order history. If you have a copy of a previous order that is old and you would like to reorder, please share it with our Customer Service Department.

• What is your return policy?

  All “in stock” or “fast ship” items can be returned, custom printed or engraved products cannot be returned unless we made an error during the customization process or the prize you received was damaged. Please call Customer Service before returning an item.
